At FansIdea, we stand behind the quality of our custom sportswear and offer a 30-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects or printing errors. Since each jersey is uniquely customized for you, we cannot accept returns for size issues or change-of-mind requests.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect or error.

  Review Process

  Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if it meets our criteria for a replacement or refund.

  Return Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Resolution

  After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your corrected custom gear immediately.
